THOROUGHBRED AUTO PARTS WARRANTY INFORMATION
By contacting Thoroughbred Auto Parts, you are indicating that you have read and agree to the following terms:

* For non-electrical parts, we offer a 30 to 90 day warranty, depending on the part.  We must be notified within 7 days of part arrival of part defects.
* Our warranty for electrical parts is for replacement only.  There are no exceptions.
* Unfortunately, we do not guarantee color on body parts.
* Shipping time varies by location and product.
* Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees apply if the customer orders a part incorrectly or provides inaccurate information about the part. The fee may also apply if a part is refused upon delivery.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable from addresses outside of the 48 continental United States.
* Refunds are processed no later than 30 days of receipt of returned part or confirmation of non-delivery.
* Please insure your returned part. We cannot issue refunds for parts that are damaged during shipment.
* Installation labor is not guaranteed.
* We accept Mastercard and Visa.  Sorry, no CODs.
